Conditions of Use

Cancellation rights apply from the date of delivery with the following conditions:

* For undamaged goods on presentation of receipts and stock label.

* Only materials delivered by us.

* For engine, gearbox and rear axle, cancellation rights are valid for 30 days. For other parts, cancellation rights are valid for 8 days.

* Only if the part is professionally mounted.

* For all, within 14 days from the date of delivery, returned intact parts the company charges a 20 % (minimum 200 sek) return fee from the customer. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

* The product is owned by Eklunds Bildemontering until the product is fully paid.

Shipping rates for private customers

All prices are inc. VAT. NOTE! parcels are now only kept for
14 days at the delivery point. If not picked up, it will be sent back
to the sender.

Cheaper shipping rates?

Pay instantly with VISA or MasterCard and get cheaper shipping, please ask our staff when ordering for help. However, only goods for a maximum of 2000:-

Cancellation rights do not apply for

* Small electronic parts or special-ordered parts for the customer's reservations.

* Cut or otherwise processed parts and self-dismantled parts.

* Parts included with the purchase of an engine or the like, for example: components for fuel systems, ignition systems, emission control, manifolds, etc.

* Intact parts on which interventions have been made without our consent.

* Goods purchased for a price below 200 sek

Other conditions

* Second-hand goods are sold "as is".

* All products are company property until full payment has been made.

* For the purchaser to be entitled to invoke a faulty piece, the complaint must be made within 30 days for engines, gearboxes and rear axles and within 8 days for other goods.

* For parts returned without a return waybill, packing slip or cash note the company does not take responsibility for longer than 7 days after recieving the goods.

* The seller is only responsible for faulty goods if it is considered faulty by the consumer purchases act.

* The purchaser is not entitled to recieve refunds for damages more than according to the consumer purchases act.

* The buyer is under no circumstances entitled to the dismantling and assembly costs and downtime reimbursement or compensation for business losses.

* NOTE! Oils are always removed from engines and gearboxes before delivery!
